Alexander Technique Workshops in Oxford

Periodically I run 'Introduction to the Alexander Technique' workshops in Oxford lasting half a day on a Saturday for about 12 people at a time.

Successful workshops were held last year in Iffley Village on 21 March 2009 in East Oxford on 18 April 2009, in South Oxford on 16 May 2009, in Jericho on 27 June 2009, and in Headington on 3 October 2009

Workshops include a period of about 15 minutes of lying on your back on the floor.  Anyone coming to a workshop will need to bring a mat or a rug on which to lie and about 4/5 paperback books on which to rest the head and keep the spine in alignment.  No special clothing is required but it is best to wear something loose and comfortable.

The price for a workshop is £15.00.
